I take many supplements and avoid sugar and soy. I don’t sell supplements. I have no inherited maladies. I take these not to cure problems but to enhance my health. You can purchase all of them online and most of them at Walmart. I have listed them based on my own order of importance. Research them for yourself. I make no claims other than the blurb next to each supplement.
L-Citrulline – for virility and heart health.
Zinc – for the immune system and reproductive health.
D3 – for the immune system and brain health.
Astaxanthin – a powerful antioxidant for the immune system and overall health. Supposedly 8000 times more powerful of an antioxidant than vitamin C which accounts for why the dose is typically just 8mg per day. This is the substance that makes Salmon red.
C – for the immune system and cell membrane health.
Phosphatidyl Serine – Brain health.
Niacin – Circulatory & Brain health.
Hyaluronic Acid – for the outside chance that oral supplementation might improve joint and skin health.
Magnesium – To protect against loud noise ear damage. It does NOT protect against inherited deafness.
Calcium – Bone health.
Garlic – Anti-inflammatory, general health.
Calcium, Magnesium, & Zinc supplement that also contains Vitamin D3 takes care of four on this list and are needed together to function correctly.
I get all the other minerals and vitamins that I might need and that are not listed above through a Multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, the type you can get in any grocery store.
